By booking a ride through our website, application or by phone, the customer agrees to the present Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Taxi in Paris provides pre-booked chauffeur-driven transportation services.

All rides are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

2. Booking

To complete a booking, customers must provide accurate information including:

• pick-up address

• destination

• date and time

• contact details

After validation, a confirmation is sent by email and/or SMS.

Providing incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellation.

3. Prices

Prices are shown before confirmation.

They may vary depending on:

• vehicle category

• distance and duration

• waiting time

• extra stops or special requests

Any additional service requested after booking will be charged.

4. Waiting & No-Show

• Waiting charges may apply after 8 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

• If the passenger does not present within 18 minutes, the ride is considered a no-show and remains fully payable.

For airport pick-ups, waiting is included up to 1 hour after landing if correct flight details were provided.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure.

After this delay, or in case of no-show, the total fare is due.

If a ride is prepaid and cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment can be made:

• online via secure payment providers, or

• directly to the driver (card or cash).

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• be present at the agreed time and place

• wear seat belts

• respect the driver and vehicle

Any damage, inappropriate behavior, or transport of prohibited items may lead to extra charges or refusal of service.

8. Company Responsibility

Taxi in Paris commits to making best efforts to provide the booked service.

However, the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, or events beyond reasonable control.
