These Terms & Conditions define the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Luxury Limo Paris when booking our services.

By confirming a reservation, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Our Luxury Services

Luxury Limo Paris offers exclusive transportation solutions, including:

• Executive chauffeur service in Paris

• Luxury airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Beauvais)

• Private driver for business travel and corporate clients

• VIP transportation for events, fashion shows, and special occasions

• Hourly or full-day chauffeur service

• Long-distance luxury travel across France

Our fleet includes high-end vehicles (Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, Maybach or equivalent), operated by professional, discreet chauffeurs.

2. Booking & Personal Assistance

3. Premium Pricing Policy

All prices are provided in euros (€), including taxes.

• No surge pricing

4. Flexible Cancellation Policy

We understand that luxury travel requires flexibility.

Free cancellation

Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late cancellation

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are fully charged.

No-show

If the client is not present or unreachable, the full fare will be charged.

Changes

Any changes must be requested at least 2 hours in advance, subject to availability.

5. Complimentary Waiting Time

To ensure a seamless experience:

• Airports (CDG, Orly, Beauvais):
  → 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after landing (with real-time flight tracking)

• Addresses / hotels / stations:
  → 15 minutes complimentary waiting time

Additional waiting time will be billed accordingly.

6. Client Experience & Conduct

Luxury Limo Paris is committed to delivering a refined and respectful experience.

Clients are expected to:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time

• Provide accurate booking information

• Maintain appropriate behavior

We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund in case of inappropriate conduct.

7. Luggage & Vehicle Allocation

Clients must specify luggage requirements when booking.

Vehicle allocation is optimized for comfort and safety.

Luxury Limo Paris cannot be held responsible if incorrect information leads to unsuitable vehicle selection.

8. Liability & Service Excellence

While we aim for perfection, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic congestion

• Accidents or road closures

• Weather conditions

• External unforeseen circumstances

Our team continuously monitors conditions to ensure the highest level of service.

9. Insurance & Compliance

All vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured in accordance with French regulations for passenger transport.
